Big Female and smaller males are along the inside and outside of North Pinellas County barrier islands. Best times have been a couple of hours after sunrise and an hour before sunset on moving water. we've been catching them on Bucktails and a variety of plastic baits rigged on 1/4 oz jig heads. Dartspins in Glow/Chartreuse and Watermelon Red/copper and mirrolure lil' johns in golden bream and glow have been especially effective.
